JCB’s equipment is consistently used in displacement, the settler projects and demolitions in the West Bank, India and Kashmir. JCB have downplayed their complicity behind notions of subsidiaries, but have the technological ability to prevent their equipment being used in this way. 

Our two main demands are

1. JCB must end its relationship with the Israeli Ministry of Defence and cease
   all activities in occupied Palestine.
2. JCB must commit to ensuring that its products are not used for human rights
   violations in India and Kashmir through robust monitoring and prevention
   systems. This includes making compulsory the use of its existing LiveLink
   technology to trace and locate JCB machines.

The campaign produced a report detailing JCB’s human right violations in India, Kashmir and Palestine.
